1 1/2 c of flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 c granulated sugar
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 eggs
1 egg white
1 tsp pure vanilla
A 5th of Fireball Whiskey
Sift the flour, add in salt and baking powder
Cream together the sugar and butter until fluffy
add in eggs one at a time
add in the vanilla abstract
gradually add in the flour and sour cream one at a time until both are mixed in the bowl
add in the fireball Whiskey and blend in
you can use an ice cream scooper to assist in putting even amounts of batter into the cupcake liners. place the cupcakes into the oven for 20 min on 350 degrees
I drizzled it with cherry sauce and put a cherry on top to balance the flavor |
