So we came in 1st place for the cupcake we did for the event. It was fun. I was Caramel with a cake ball and chocolate toffee as a garnish, yes I did say with a cake ball, it was delish as Rachael Ray says. Thank you to everyone that came out. I will post a pic so you can see the cupcake we did.

Timi and I went to take a sweet trip to Georgetown cupcake. We had bought four of their cupcakes, Redvelvet, Vanilla2, Chocolate2 and Coconut. My favorite was the Chocolate2, it taste just like a hostess cake. My least favorite was the coconut, it just had too much coconut on it. I noticed that they make their vanilla cupcake with cream cheese frosting, not bad. I will post pics soon. Have a great day!
Okay, I went to Giant yesterday where I live and saw cupcakes in the bakery area. Not the regular cupcakes that you just pick up and go but the gourmet kind. I was shocked. They also have them in some safeways. I was shy to take pics but I will get it next time.
We have been missing in action for a while doing projects so that's why I'm trying to post some pics. Here is a pic of coconut cupcakes with vanilla/almond buttercream with coconut and almonds as a garnish.
